Pareteum, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Inside Sales Representative to join our team. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, the successful candidate will be responsible for inside sales, sales operations and bid management across a global remit.
What you’ll do
The key focus of the role will be to coordinate activities with the sales team to achieve sales and profitability objectives by increasing our footprint in new geographies and generating new leads in existing markets. The role includes but is not limited to:
Identify new business opportunities and actively prospect and generate leads to expand the customer base via cold calling, emailing and other lead generation activities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
Ensure all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements
Maintain and update the lead generation database
Achieve quarterly/yearly targets as set out by the business
Coordinate and ensure accuracy of sales forecasts
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management on a regular basis
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our telecommunications solutions
Lead cross-functional bid management activity
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential sales opportunities and competitive advantages.

To be considered for the role we require you to have:
Previous experience (5+ years) in full-cycle SaaS Inside Sales, within the telecommunication industry
Proven experience in the MVNE/MVNO, telecom, IoT sector is essential!
Strong knowledge of telecommunications products, services, and solutions
A distinguished and documented record of achieving Annual Quotas
At least three (3) years of selling software as a service product within the telecommunications industry
Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close sales deals effectively
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Strong background in lead generation and prospecting
Knowledge of the sales process from initiation to closure
Expert in using CRM, Microsoft Office, and online presentation tools
Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events
