Pareteum Partners with Good World Games Mobile to Distribute GameTrove Through its Developer Exchange
Offers Service Provider a First-of-its-Kind Mobile Subscription HTML5 Gaming App to Monetize its Users

NEW YORK, NEW YORK, February 22, 2018 – Pareteum Corporation (NYSE American: TEUM) (“Pareteum” or the “Company”), the rapidly growing Cloud Communications Platform company, today announced that it has partnered with GameTrove’s Good World Games (http://www.goodworldgames.com) to add their mobile-first platform promoting the discovery of HTML5 games worldwide to its TEUM Application Exchange Developers Platform (TEAX).

Pareteum continues to expand into the global and emerging markets, adding partnerships to its Developer Exchange to provide relevant and premium content to service providers, which is an important step in providing additional value to customers. Subscribers to GameTrove pay monthly or weekly fees, which when enabled and integrated through the Pareteum platform will allow for direct billing of the gaming services to their existing bill. These fees are similar to streaming video services without the need to go through the app stores. Pareteum will be paid a portion of the revenue stream in exchange for its integration and large channel to mobile subscribers.

GameTrove offers a simple, new way for people to enjoy hundreds of premium games from top developers, while connecting with friends, through a single, intuitive app. GameTrove has created a direct bill-to-subscriber model leveraging the growing global HTML5 game developer community. By providing games that avoid the device storage requirements of native games and defeat download fatigue, along with personalized game recommendations similar to video streaming sites, subscriber retention and engagement are significantly improved. Its single app makes for happier customers as there is no requirement to install individual games on devices, no ads and its embedded In-App Chat reduces abandonment.

According to Gregory Sukornyk, Co-founder and CEO at Good World Games, “HTML5 has been called the next $100 billion game platform and we expect to become a leading player in this space. GameTrove is a valuable product for mobile service operators because it provides lucrative mobile game revenues with frictionless direct carrier billing beyond the app stores, a superior offering in this burgeoning area. We are thrilled to partner with Pareteum as they represent an immediate channel to one of our core markets.” Derrick Horner, Co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Good World Games, added, “Combining our instant games offering with personalized recommendations, integrated gamer messaging and proprietary cast-to-social streaming inside a single app marks a new vision for mobile carriers in this massive, fast growing market. We are excited by our new partnership that allows Pareteum to offer GameTrove to its customers immediately.”

Vic Bozzo, CEO of Pareteum commented, “As we acquire more connections and also forge further into new geographies, it’s incumbent upon us to help our marketing companies, service providers and aggregators to gain access to new features and services directly.”

Hal Turner, Executive Chairman and Principal Executive Officer of Pareteum stated, “Bringing applications from developers directly to the market is a vital next step in the evolution of the mobile market and our customers, and we have found a tremendous response to our TEAX developer exchange platform from partners who see value in our channel to the market.”
