Pareteum Partners with NetNumber to Enhance its Global Cloud Platform

NEW YORK, NY – PRNewswire – March 13, 2018 – Pareteum Corporation (NYSE American: TEUM), (“Pareteum” or the “Company”), the rapidly growing Cloud Communications Platform company, announced today that it has selected NetNumber, Inc. for its TITAN Centralized Signaling and Routing Control (CSRC) platform.

Integrating TITAN into Pareteum’s Global Cloud Platform will enable the platform to automatically select the highest quality mobile network service with the strongest locally based signal. Based on geographical origination of the connection, the platform will deploy the best possible connection available.

NetNumber TITAN adds to Pareteum’s already robust Global Cloud offerings by providing a single global connection manager. Working seamlessly through Amazon Web Services, it is the software, rather than costly hardware, that is tailored to the unique characteristics of Pareteum’s IoT and Global Cloud service customers.

Ali Davachi, Chief Technology Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Pareteum, stated, “We selected NetNumber TITAN to add to Pareteums’s platform to access more control over our growing set of mobile network operator partners. TITAN allows us to integrate multiple network functions into a single virtualized platform. Deploying a single virtualized platform into our core network will be much easier and cost-effective than deploying multiple devices.”

Hal Turner, Executive Chairman and Principal Executive Officer of Pareteum, stated, “These capabilities, using NetNumber services, effectively enables the customers of Pareteum, and onward to their retail customers, the ability to be assured of the best cost and quality via any device and anywhere there is network coverage. For example, integration of the virtualized NetNumber TITAN platform with Pareteum’s network management software environment will enable us to manage all network functions and Pareteum customers centrally—leading to operational cost savings. TITAN is a good fit with our Global Cloud Services Platform (GCSP) mobile network operator (MNO) partnerships because of our enhanced Cloud distribution. Pareteum is now able to exert micro control over the network management, further expanding our leadership in the global cloud service platform and mobility markets.”

“We are excited to work with Pareteum as the company delivers on its mission of connecting everyone and everything,” commented Kevin Peters, NetNumber Chief Executive Officer. “Our customers select the NetNumber TITAN platform to enable the deployment of a future-proof infrastructure that is compatible with today’s network technologies and designed to support their growth and the delivery of next-generation services.”
