We are currently in a period of substantial growth and are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join our small but friendly team. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, the successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of sales activities to help the business grow, specifically outbound B2B lead generations.

What you’ll do

The key focus of the role will be to coordinate activities with the sales team to achieve sales and profitability objectives by increasing our footprint in new geographies and generating new leads in existing markets. The role includes but is not limited to:

  • Generate quality sales leads and converting outbound leads into qualified prospects
  • Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities
  • Identifying potential clients and the key decision makers to arrange discovery calls to understand their needs and determine how we can solve their challenges
  • Establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships with current customers and prospective customers
  • Delivering presentations for persuading customers to buy new products or services
  • Prospecting and building the sales pipeline by engaging with prospects by phone, email and events
  • Represent Pareteum at industry events, seminars, conferences and contribute to social media presence

About you

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in SaaS Sales, with demonstratable negotiation skills and influencing. To be considered for the role we require you to have:

  • At least five (5) years of selling software as a service product
  • A standout “customer first” attitude
  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven track record of turning leads into sales
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong background in lead generation and prospecting
  • Experience in contacting and engaging cold leads and booking meetings
  • Proven experience in the MVNE/MVNO, telecom, IoT sectors
