Hal’s track record of pioneering successes and leadership spans decades. He founded Turner Telecom Holdings Group, LLC, an executive management and board consultancy that cultivates and grows “all stage” global technology, software, and communications companies. His strong emphasis on sales and business plan execution results in strategy development, organizational leadership, sales growth and fundamental financial improvement.
Hal leads with a culture that has successfully ramped fiscal growth, while passionately serving the needs of valued constituents. This leadership has resulted in sustained financial and commercial growth for his companies. Launching his career at AT&T, Hal rose to senior roles in sales and marketing and served at the highest ranks in a broad spectrum of international startup and corporate firms. Highlights include: NeoNova Network Services, Inc.; Pac West Telecom, Inc.; Panterra Networks; PTT Telecom Netherlands, US Inc. (now KPN); and BellSouth Communications, Inc. (now AT&T). Hal also serves as an advisory board member of The Capital Angels, an angel investing group affiliated with SC Angel Network. Hal earned a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Carolina, where he was presented with a Distinguished Alumni award in 2010.
Prior to joining Pareteum Corp., Mr. Bozzo served as Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Marketing for Telarix Inc., a market leader in interconnect solutions for service providers.
Under Mr. Bozzo’s sales and marketing leadership, sales increased significantly and the company received numerous market leadership accolades, ultimately leading to a highly successful exit for investors. Prior to joining Telarix, Mr. Bozzo served as President and General Manager of Pac-West’s Emerging Technologies division after selling Pac-West his startup, Factor Communications, an innovative portfolio of cloud-based communications services.
He was also responsible for significant revenue and customer growth and investor returns at at NexTone Communications, ITXC Corporation, and Voxware.
Mr. Weijermars joined Pareteum Corporation as Chief Executive Officer EMEA through the acquisition of Artilium plc. As CEO of Artilium, Mr. Weijermars successfully grew the business in software solutions, while growing the international presence of the company. Prior to that, he held various board positions and was CEO of T-Mobile Netherlands; he held executive management positions for T-Mobile Macedonia and KPN.
Mr. Weijermars drives business results through commercial turnaround, product differentiation, and focusing on key customer issues. His approach has created significant revenue, value, and customer growth for the companies he has led. In addition, he is involved in advisory roles in technology scale-ups that bring innovative software solutions to market internationally.
Mr. Weijermars was educated at Nyenrode Business University, earning a BBA in Business Management, and holds an MBA from the University of Leuven.
Mr. McCarthy is a seasoned financial and operations executive with broad experience in financial management, mergers and acquisitions, and operational experience in network management, software development, engineering and customer service. He has led both operations and finance teams in Software, Software as a Service (SaaS) and Telecommunications with expertise in acquisition integration.
Mr. McCarthy was previously SVP of Finance and Operations at Mosaic Networx Inc., which delivers cloud-based data and telephony services to enterprises, where he handled all aspects of finance, systems integration, human resources and strategic relationships including merger and acquisition activity. Prior to that, Mr. McCarthy was CFO of AP Telecom, a global sales channel manager for Undersea Cable Installations. He was CFO and COO of Pac-West Telecomm, a provider of next generation VoIP solutions for enterprise and communications services providers, which includes Telastic, a division of PacWest that developed cutting edge cloud-based telephony, billing and support systems.
Mr. McCarthy began his career and spent nearly ten years in public accounting, providing assurance and advisory services in the high technology and software industry, including telecommunications and bio-tech companies both at Arthur Andersen and RSM. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Administration from Bryant University.
Mr. Mumby came to Pareteum from Twilio where he was Director of Global Connectivity. At Twilio, he improved the company’s underlying cost structure and created an opportunity for exponential sales growth.
Prior, Mr. Mumby held senior sales positions in the global mobile and VOIP industry with industry leaders including TELUS, Qwest Communications and ITXC Corporation where he had a track record of strong incremental and strategic sales growth and leading teams to optimal performance.
Mr. Davachi has 20 years of hands-on experience with all facets of complex technology architecture and delivery, working in verticals including finance, healthcare, telecom, and consumer products and services, including security, analytics, big data, workflow orchestration, blockchain and large scale mobile applications for some of the largest companies in the world in these verticals.
Mr. Davachi was previously Chief Information Security Officer and SVP of Technology at Scivantage Inc., which services financial institutions with a SaaS platform delivering investor services. Most recently, Davachi was Founder and CEO of Realware LLC, an enterprise IT and development firm, where he led his staff delivering strategic technology applications in e-commerce, mobile payment management, application development, and managed hosted services to some of the largest credit card companies, insurance companies and global brands. There, he handled all aspects of SaaS infrastructure, database management with Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, DB2 and Hadoop, and security including secure code initiatives and systems security.
Prior, he was Chief Technology Officer at Transactis, responsible for software design and architecture, and Chief Information Officer and Global VP of Process at Wenger Swiss Army.
Mr. O’Donnell has over 25 years of experience in investment banking, private equity investment, venture capital, internet technology, Software as a Service (SaaS) and other new media businesses.
Prior to joining Pareteum Corporation, Mr. O’Donnell served as CFO of Ameri100, a provider of SAP services to enterprises. Mr. O’Donnell’s career includes serving as VP of Finance of Augme Technologies, CFO of AudioEye and Carlyle Capital Group.
He also held the position of SVP of Finance and Investor Relations at ACTV, Inc. (NASDAQ: IATV), where he developed its investor relations department before its purchase by OpenTV, a voting-controlled subsidiary of Liberty Media.
Originally from South Carolina, Amy joins Pareteum from Atlanta, Georgia where she led statewide programs for the Georgia Institute of Technology Advanced Technology Development Center (ATDC). Amy helped technology startups launch and scale by expanding ATDC’s services to four new markets in Georgia and grew the portfolio of companies outside of Atlanta 300% in one year.
Prior to ATDC, Amy was head of marketing and communications for the South Carolina Department of Commerce and launched the state’s lifestyle and business brand “SC is Just Right.” She later became the state’s inaugural director of the office of innovation. As such, she developed and oversaw a $5 million state grant-making portfolio of investments in technology and talent initiatives across South Carolina.
In the early 2000’s, Amy completed a business rotation for Deutsche Telekom and its mobile line of business T-Mobile. She worked across Europe with international teams to build corporate communications tools needed as the company expanded globally.
Amy holds a bachelor of arts in English from Furman University and a master of mass communication, public relations emphasis, from the University of South Carolina. She is a Liberty Fellow, part of the Aspen Global Leadership Network. In 2014, she received the SCRA Knowledge Economist Award for efforts to advance and strengthen the technology-based economy of South Carolina and build the technology community for the public good.
