We are currently in a period of substantial growth and are looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our small but friendly team. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving our revenue growth in existing and new markets.
What you’ll do
The key focus of the role will be to achieve regional sales and revenue targets by increasing our footprint in existing markets and sign up customers in new markets. The role includes but is not limited to:
Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities
Identify potential clients and the key decision makers to arrange discovery calls to understand their needs and determine how we can solve their challenges
Act as a point of contact and handle customer’s individual needs
Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
Set and track sales account targets aligned with company objectives
Report on the status of accounts and transactions and monitor sales metrics e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts
Suggest actions to improve sales performance, identify opportunities for growth and to build healthy sales pipeline
Represent Pareteum at industry events, seminars, conferences and contribute to social media presence
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in SaaS Sales, with demonstratable negotiation skills and influencing. To be considered for the role we require you to have:
At least five (5) years of selling SaaS or CPaaS products
A standout “customer first” attitude
Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proven track record of turning leads into sales
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Strong background in lead generation and prospecting
Experience in contacting and engaging cold leads and booking meetings
Proven experience in the MVNE/MVNO, telecom, IoT sectors
